World Economics has reassessed Sri Lanka's GDP by adjusting for any base year age and size of the informal economy to estimate GDP PPP at $408 billion - 43% larger than offical estimates. The population of Sri Lanka is estimated to be 23.0 million which gives a GDP per capita PPP of $17,774.
